The purpose of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified Vendors to install internet connections to the MPI-owned locations listed in Appendix B.1, in addition to providing all support and maintenance required for any vendor-provided equipment for the duration of the Term (the “Services”):

Vendors may choose to offer Services to one or more of all of the locations listed in Appendix B.1 in their Proposals. A Vendor’s Proposal will not be rejected if the Vendor cannot provide the Services to all locations, since MPI reserves the right to award the Services to one or more Vendors. Vendors must specify the locations where they wish to provide the Services in their Proposals, as more fully described in the RFP document.

The final date for submissions is on March 8, 2024. Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
