Request for Proposal #134, CityPlace building 700 Level – Base Building Demolition & Interior Fit-up
Manitoba Public Insurance is seeking Proposals from Vendors for Services to perform Work to complete the 7th floor Base Building Demolition & Interior Fit-up, in accordance with Contract Documents at Cityplace office tower, 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB.
Mandatory Site Visit attendance:
Participation in the RFP requires a Mandatory site visit. Prior to the Site Visit Vendors shall confirm their attendance by email to the email address listed in, and in accordance with Section 1.4.5.
Mandatory Site Visit will be held Wednesday, October 4, 2023 starting at 9:00 AM (Local Time) at the main floor customer service desk in the adjacent mall at CityPlace, 234 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as more fully described in the RFP document, Section 1.5.1 Mandatory Site Examination.

Vendors who for any reason cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site and will be removed from the RFP competition.

The final date for submissions is October 18, 2023 at 2:00 PM (CST). Other dates of significance are contained within the body of the RFP.
