Full Title: Construction of New Lighting House Bridge & Associated Works - Rainbow Stage - 2015 Main Street

D2. SCOPE OF WORK

D2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the construction and
installation of new lighting house bridge and associated Works at Rainbow Stage, located at 2015
Main Street.

D2.2 The major components of the Work are as follows:
(a) To remove and dispose off site the existing house bridge platform and its associated
components.
(b) Provide means of disposal and storage of disposed materials, debris and other materials in
close proximity to the work site.
(c) Construction and installation of new metal fabricated lighting and sound house bridge
complete with decking, stage/bridge access ladders, platforms, guardrails, swing gate, hangers,
etc. as specified herein.
(d) Construction and installation of new lighting and sound house bridge truss system.
(e) Construction of stage right and left ladders and platforms for access to house bridge.
(f) Construction of installation of new metal framework for new exit doors to provide access and
egress at Rainbow Stage facility.
(g) Final complete vacuuming, cleaning and washing of all surfaces affected by demolition and
construction work.
(h) Contractor responsible for all Closeout Submittals to include Engineered Shop Drawings,
As-Built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, certificates of completion, etc.
(i) Contractor responsible to obtain all applicable permits.
D2.3 The funds available for this contract are $600,000.

B3. SITE INVESTIGATION

B3.1 Further to C3.1, the Contract Administrator or an authorized representative will be
available at the Site at 9:00 a.m. on December 7, 2023 to provide Bidders access to the Site.

B3.2 The Bidder shall not be entitled to rely on any information or interpretation received
at the Site investigation unless that information or interpretation is the Bidder’s direct
observation, or is provided by the Contract Administrator in writing.

B3.3 The Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Site, the nature of the Work to be done
and all conditions that might affect their Bid or their performance of the Work, and shall assume
all risk for conditions existing or arising in the course of the Work which have been or could have
been determined through such inspection.
