Description

Manitoba Sustainable Development requires new roofing for the Fisheries/Wildlife/Forestry shop in Swan River, Manitoba. The existing roofing materials need to be removed and hauled to an approved waste disposal site. The roof decking needs to be inspected for rot or other damage, and may need to be removed and replaced. The roof will need to be strapped and a new metal roof (including venting, capping, soffit, etc.) to be installed. If eaves-troughs need to be removed for the installation, they must be reinstalled. All roofing materials to be supplied by Manitoba. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on October 15, 2018 and the work must be completed by December 15, 2018.

Interested bidders must attend a Mandatory Site Meeting at 10:00 am on Thursday, October 4, 2018. Meet at the District Office, 201 4th Ave. South, Swan River, Manitoba.
