The Town of Mount Carmel issues this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking the services of a qualified firm to complete a Destination Trails Master Plan. The Plan will guide the development, maintenance and promotion of Destination Trails in the Salmonier Arm area, and will be the basis for seeking funds to support Trail development.
