4 - Providing Live Remote Proctoring Services for a three- to five-hour online test

CMEC is issuing an RFP for a firm to provide live, online proctoring services, in both French and English, for the administration of the LCATP, on XpressLab,[1] for up to 600 test-takers (IETs) each year. Please note that 600 test-takers annually are estimated for the first year, which might increase over the years.
 
The LCATP provides an in-depth assessment of the test-taker’s language proficiency, specifically in a teaching context. The assessment items are situated in a range of scenarios that teachers would typically encounter—for example, communicating with a parent by phone or email, or preparing homework and lesson plans. 

Successful completion of the assessment will be an entry-to-practice requirement for IETs whose prior preparation has not been in either French or English.
