This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation from the Corporation of the Council of Ministers of Education, Canada (“CCMEC”), on behalf of the ministers of education (“Ministers”) of each Canadian province and territory to prospective Proponents to submit Proposals for services in respect of the Development of comparability tables for the top 12 source countries (6 French-speaking and 6 English-speaking) of Internationally Educated Teachers (IETs) in Canada and analysis of areas of similarity and difference between the provinces and territories (the “Project”).
