Description

The City of Ottawa, Facilities Operations Services (the “City), on behalf of itself and the identified co-operating participants (see Article 1.2 for list of participants), are requesting Offers from qualified electrical material vendors to supply and deliver electrical materials on an as and when requested basis in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).

Where the term “City and/or Participants” is used in this RFSO document it shall be understood, unless otherwise clarified, to mean the City of Ottawa and all of the co-operating participants as a collective whole. The Co-operating Participants that may use this RFSO are as follows:
