Description

The City of Ottawa, herein referred to as the City, and the following co-operating agencies or participants are requesting Offers from qualified plumbing material vendors to supply and deliver plumbing materials on an as and when requested basis. Where the term “City/Participants” is used in this Co-operative Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document, it shall be understood, unless otherwise clarified, to mean the City of Ottawa and all of the co-operating participants as a collective whole.

During the timeframe of this Standing Offer, the main user of this standing offer is intended to be the City’s Recreation, Culture and Facility Services Department but other Departments in the City may also make call ups under these terms and conditions

Offers will be evaluated to determine if the Mandatory Requirements of this Standing Offer are met, to provide – ANNEX B, Microsoft Excel Price Schedule, and as requested in the Specifications - ANNEX E, ANNEX F, ANNEX G and ANNEX H with the offer. Only offers which have met the Mandatory Requirements will then be evaluated in accordance with articles 3.5 through 3.10 in the Standing Offer (RFSO) document.

Please refer to Standing Offer (RFSO) document article 2.2 for the formatting and naming convention of the required documents to be submitted with the offer.
